Now, some organizations feel they do not need to do a peer review, as everyone that submits a proposal knows what the submission guidelines are. In other words, if you want to submit your peer review paper, then you should do so.I am not speaking of private salesmen or business people. I am speaking of doctors, attorneys, accountants, business owners, professors, university administrators, etc. They must know their work is up for review by peers before they submit it. If the proper review process did not take place, the bottom line would be that the projects of the good scientists and business people will be given to people who do not have the necessary skills or the essential background to complete the work or complete the project.Of course, they are not all aware of the fact that the project manager for the project is also an expert in that area. I am aware of some projects where the project manager may have little knowledge or experience in the area of the project and the review by peers is due to the fact that they have knowledge about the area and they understand the proposal very well. However, these individuals know that this review process is in place for one reason only, to check that the work of the expert has been given due consideration.In another scenario, the private salesperson will never do the peer review of the project, because he wants to make a sale. He would never trust his project to an outside person to review his sales material. I do not think there is anything wrong with the sales materials, but it does not necessarily mean that the project manager and the salesperson should not consider each other as part of the peer review.After the reviewer has approved the project, the project manager can submit the project. I believe the focus should be on the safety and integrity of the project. In the same manner, when you receive the document for your review, the number one thing you need to look at is, do I agree with the reviewer? As long as the project has not been signed off on by the review, it is not in the same category as a peer review and should not be given the same scrutiny.At that point, the sample essay should be given to the expert for his assessment and comments. However, I feel it is good for the expert to be able to check out the project from the viewpoint of the overall design, as this will help to determine if the project can be made much more interesting to the end reader. While the review process is important, it must be balanced with the needs of the project.If it is obvious that a peer review was not done, then it can cause the entire project to fail. Instead of simply looking at the content, you may find that the project was actually much better than you had expected or want ed. However, I would always take the project back to the experts for their input on any revisions.If you are a private author, then you should always read the opinion from the experts that have an expertise in the area of your project. In addition, you should make sure that they are as objective as possible in their review of the sample essay. This is to make sure the reviewer truly understands the project, its requirements, and the amount of time it will take to complete the project.
