Introduction: Google, now a subsidiary of Alphabet, Inc. as of November 2015 is an American global technology company specializing in Internet-related services and products that include online advertising technologies, search, cloud computing, software, and hardware. Most of its profits are derived from AdWords, an online advertising service that places advertising near the list of search results (Wikipedia, 2016). Founded in 1998 by Sergey Brin and Larry Page (Wikipedia, 2016), Google is the first search engine which became popular in the world (Fahad Sultan, 2013). Google was created to make it easy for users to find information on the web easier. Internet services have existed since computer scientist Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web in 1990. Quite a few search engines have been providing their services but no one has become as popular or recognizable as Google (Fahad Sultan, 2013). Google has changed the way the users surf the web, view and share information. This has made them a leader amongst search engines available on the web and also in the global technology front with revenue of over 75.54 Billion USD (Wikipedia, 2016).
